Author Oleg Atbashian presents his book to a libertarian/conservative group Liberty on the Rocks in Colorado Springs, August 23, 2011.

Oleg Atbashian is a writer and graphic artist from the former USSR. Born and raised in Ukraine, he used to be a teacher, a translator, a worker, a freelance journalist, and at one time a propaganda artist, creating visual agitprop for the local Party committee in a Siberian town. In 1994, he emigrated to the USA hoping to live in a country that was ruled by reason and common sense. Ironically, he now lives in New York City. He is the creator ofThePeoplesCube.com, a satirical website where he writes under the name of Red Square.

Stalinism” is a useful term for the totalitarian left — even to the left itself. It’s one word they haven’t been able to chew up, gulp down, and transform into its opposite. They still know what “Stalinist” means, even after generations of new names for the same community agitators: “The New Left,” “hippies,” “Black Panthers,” “youthful radicals,” “idealistic students,” “feminists,” “the workers,” “black nationalists,” “Third World socialists,” “the wretched of the earth,” “Green Party,” “Gay activists,” “LGBT,” “Global Warming,” “peace and freedom party,” “eco activists,” “civil rights campaigners,” “post-modernists,” “gender studies,” “J Street,” “Bolivarismo,” “ACORN,” “undocumented workers,” “Moveon.org,” “Liberation Theology” — there must be hundreds and hundreds of front labels for the Same-Old, Same-Old. They make up new ones all the time. This year’s fashionable lefty cult is called “progressivism!”

“Where we now stand is stolen, occupied Mexico…”

From the La Raza rally at UCLA.  More gems:

We are revolutionary Mexican organization here. We understand that this is not just about Mexico. Its about a global struggle against imperialism and capitalism At the forefront of this revolutionary movement is La Raza. We will no longer fall for these lies called borders. We see America as a northern front of a revolutionary movement.  Our enemy is capitalism and imperialism.

Watch this and think about this – What would have been the media reaction if the protesters had been white instead of brown?

There is no audio in this video, but none is needed.  Just watch.  And think about all the Tea Party protests you’ve seen on TV over the past year.  Have you ever seen this level of violence and outright hatred in any Tea Party protest?  Why hasn’t this been played in an endless loop on the cable news shows?

If you are an American citizen and love this country, you need to watch this video.  This is what the citizens of Arizona are up against right now.

New book reveals shocking truth about president’s radical associations.

FoxNews: Juan Williams equates popular revolt against leftist lurch by Obama & Co to leftist faux protests during Bush yrs. #obamafail

It’s happening right now in the Senate.  It will take only a simple majority, and it will be done.  The outcome was never in doubt.  All the noise about moderates and Blue Dogs and Pro Life democrats was exactly that – just noise.  The outcome was never in doubt.

The Progressives have won.  It took nearly 100 years, but they won.  Fascism has come home to America.

Don’t believe even for a moment that the House will hesitate to approve the Senate version of the health bill.  There are no principled patriots among the democrats in either House.  They will vote this in and cobble a “win” for Obama, their Dear Leader.

Dear Fellow Tea Party Patriots,

By now most of you know that the House of Representatives passed the Government Takeover of Healthcare Bill late last night. A large group of your fellow Tea Party Patriots from all over the country was there. We were watching the debate and votes from the gallery in the Capitol after a long day of last minute lobbying. Now we’re all heading back to our hometowns for a home-cooked meal and a quick nap.

Despite our temporary loss in this battle, we are not defeated. In fact, it’s likely that this bill’s passage in the house will shock and jolt even more Americans into joining our fight and putting a stop to the Government Takeover of Healthcare before it passes the Senate.

We are ready to put them to work.

Starting this evening Tea Party Patriots are launching three cross-country relay routes to hold Tea Parties in cities from coast to coast. We’re calling it the Farmer Relief & Freedom Relay, and we’re focusing on three major issues that are relevant to our core principles. Those issues are:

1.) Government Takeover of Healthcare – This can still be stopped in the Senate.
2.) Cap and Trade – This can still be stopped in the Senate.
3.) Eco-Tyranny (government taking away freedom under the guise of protecting the environment) – This has come to a head in California’s Central Valley where the farming industry is being crippled by the government cutting off water to save a minnow. We will fight this in both the House and the Senate while also providing aid to our fellow Patriots who are being hurt by this situation.

So rest up today and wake up tomorrow ready to renew the fight! Check our website for daily updates and keep watching for our emails for local and national action alerts. Also, continue to contact your Senators daily and organize Tea Parties in your own city to demonstrate our resolve.

You and the millions of other Tea Party Patriots across the country have held the line on many major issues despite liberal control of the House, the Senate, and the Presidency. They thought they would ram their liberal agenda through quickly with little to no resistance. Together we have shocked and awed them by fighting tooth and nail for fiscal responsibility, free markets, and constitutionally limited government. Our opponents fear us. They fear you, as they should. Because they know you, and I, and all of us will not sit back and let them do away with freedom.

I’m proud to be part of your team and I look forward to continuing the battle with you!

Anita Dunn, a veteran Democratic strategist and top adviser on Barack Obama’s presidential campaign, will take over as White House communications director at least temporarily, according to sources familiar with the move.

The powerful post is being vacated by Ellen Moran this week, and Obama officials want to fill it quickly.

Dunn will start working next week in an interim capacity until the president settles on a permanent replacement for Moran.

Dunn had initially avoided entering the administration with her fellow campaign veterans. But she has continued to serve as a key outside adviser, regularly joining strategy sessions with other members of Obama’s inner circle, and was an obvious choice for members of the close-knit West Wing.

Dunn declined to discuss the move.

As a longtime ad-maker who just worked on a presidential campaign, Dunn possesses strengths in how to project a message and manage never-ending news cycles that are pivotal to the job.

“She is a very skilled communications strategist and a great message planner,” said David Plouffe, who managed the Obama campaign. “She has the complete trust of the president and of David Axelrod.”

Beck tends to be a little too dramatic to my liking, but he does have a point.  How many more radicals in the WH is it going to take before the American people wake up and DO SOMETHING?

And what’s with the constant licking?  One YouTube commenter stated that it reminded him of a cow licking a salt block.  He was right.

Barack and Michelle Obama find themselves in an odd psychological trap with Bill Ayers.  It finally appears that Jack Cashill’s landmark work  in exposing the real authorship of Barack Obama’s books, has found corroboration in “Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage,” by Christopher Andersen.

The weight and plausibility of Cashill’s findings of similarity between Ayer’s writing and Obama’s first autobiography were substantial, but now appears confirmed by Andersen.

Cashill writes:  With the deadline pressing, Michelle recommended that Barack seek advice from “his friend and Hyde Park neighbor Bill Ayers.”

To flesh out his family history, Obama had taped interviews with various family members.  Andersen writes, “These oral histories, along with a partial manuscript and a truckload of notes, were given to Ayers.”

This brings up a curious and odd psychological situation for the Obamas. They have become rich through the work of the white Ayers. Work that Barack Obama could never have succeeded at alone.
