David Aikman of Townhall.com posted a 1-minute podcast commentary today that should be of great interest to conservative moms and dads out there – “Alinsky: In Your Child’s Classroom?“

According to Aikman,

. . . the nation’s largest teacher organization, the National Education Association, has sent an email to all its teacher members advising them to use Alinsky’s teaching in educating their students – OUR children and OUR grandchildren. Considering that one of Alinsky’s ethical principles was that the end justifies the means, American parents ought to think long and hard whether they want their children brainwashed by followers of Alinsky.

New book reveals shocking truth about president’s radical associations.

(From American Thinker)
By Robin of Berkeley

I’ve been feeling funky since Black Sunday, the day of the health care debacle. As a therapist, I’m usually able to identity my feelings. But this one had left me stumped.

I went through the usual laundry list of emotions: Am I depressed? (A little, but that’s not it.)  Worried, scared?  (Yes, but who isn’t?)  Angry?  (Very, but that’s still not what’s bugging me.)

It took a conversation with a conservative friend, Nancy, for me to pinpoint the feeling. Nancy told me that a Jewish co-worker, a staunch Obama supporter, was feeling “shell-shocked” by Obama’s vilifying Israel.

Bingo. That’s what it is: stunned, shell-shocked, traumatized.

But it’s not PTSD — post-traumatic stress disorder — because then Obama would be ancient history. It’s trauma happening right here, right now, at lightning speed.

It’s truly disgusting to see how in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary that we as conservatives still have to couch our words and unequivocally provide a presumption of innocence. Bertha Lewis is a liar, a crook, and a fraud. Obama is inextricably linked with ACORN, Bill Ayers, The Rev. Jeremiah Wright and a veritable cornucopia of leftist malcontents dedicated to the subversion of the American way of life, and ultimately the subjugation of it’s citizenry.

The Founding Fathers would be rolling over in their graves if they had an internet connection.

Barack and Michelle Obama find themselves in an odd psychological trap with Bill Ayers.  It finally appears that Jack Cashill’s landmark work  in exposing the real authorship of Barack Obama’s books, has found corroboration in “Barack and Michelle: Portrait of an American Marriage,” by Christopher Andersen.

The weight and plausibility of Cashill’s findings of similarity between Ayer’s writing and Obama’s first autobiography were substantial, but now appears confirmed by Andersen.

Cashill writes:  With the deadline pressing, Michelle recommended that Barack seek advice from “his friend and Hyde Park neighbor Bill Ayers.”

To flesh out his family history, Obama had taped interviews with various family members.  Andersen writes, “These oral histories, along with a partial manuscript and a truckload of notes, were given to Ayers.”

This brings up a curious and odd psychological situation for the Obamas. They have become rich through the work of the white Ayers. Work that Barack Obama could never have succeeded at alone.

What will historians be saying 100 years from now about a society that feted and celebrated terrorists who were proud of their work? And who employed them at taxpayer’s expense?

From a New York Post article by Phillip Kerpen, we learn that Jeff Jones, former Weather Underground fugitive, who along with Bill Ayers created the terrorist group, is being paid taxpayer dollars as Director of the New York affiliate of Van Jones’s umbrella leftist group, the Apollo Alliance.

Activist Chen Guangcheng and his immediate family are out of China. This is a good thing, and the Obama Administration deserves credit for making it happen. • Liberals Say Public Broadcasting’s $445 Million Federal Subsidy Is ‘Tiny’ May 19, 2012
NPR, PBS and other public broadcasting outlets are asking taxpayers to fork over $445 million in funding for the next fiscal year. But not if Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) and Rep. When NATO leaders meet this weekend in Chicago, they are expected to announce an Interim Missile Defense Capability in Europe.
